Hi, my name is Darla Sluder. I work with Bob and I do most of the paperwork for the whole team. I also do the tracking, turn in everything, update escrow & title, work with the lenders and banks. I keep track of all the closings, inspections and inspection reports. If there are any problems, I turn those over to Bob and he takes quick care of them.

We are a team like no other and we care. We answer the phones most of the time and we work day and night, 7 days a week. We do a lot on e-mail with advising the clients, updating the clients, answering any questions and just about anything else to do with Real Estate.

I use to run 60 to 70 agents and was part owner in another RE/MAX office. Now just running this team of 7 or 8 takes just as much or more work. This is due to the production and extra service that this team provides. People want to know what is happening and what is going on with their home. We want to be there and to always keep them updated and informed as to where the transaction or listing stand.
